The cozy 1-room apartment is located in a residential building on the 1st Floor.

The 25sqm large and tastefully furnished 1 room apartment has a single bed and a sofa bed. There is also a small counter with a stool to eat, and a desk.

The small quiet town of Oberrussenried near Neukirch is located in a charming recreational area in the hinterland of Lake Constance.

Here you can relax with a good glass of red wine or try a schnapps from the in-house distillery.

For shared use, you can also:

- a light-flooded winter garden with a cozy seating area
- a barbecue area under a large walnut tree
- A large play and sunbathing area, including deck chairs, for relaxing and sunbathing
- Washer and dryer can be used for a fee

The apartment is non-smoking. We therefore ask you to enjoy your cigarette outdoors.

A parking space is available for the duration of your stay.
