Apartment

The cozy apartment is on the ground floor.
It is 34 square meters large and tastefully furnished, has a dining-living area with a kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a sunny south-facing terrace.
The bathroom is integrated directly into the bedroom, but the toilet is separate.
The small and quiet village of Oberrussenried near Neukirch is located in the hinterland of Lake Constance in an attractive recreational area. The hilly landscape is interrupted here and there by an idyllic pond or a secluded forest, whereby the picturesque landscape is also characterized by orchards and hop gardens.

With us you will find peace and relaxation with a good glass of red wine or try a gin or brandy from our own schnapps distillery.

For shared use, you can also:

- a light-flooded winter garden with a cozy seating area
- a barbecue area under a large walnut tree
- a large play and sunbathing area, including deck chairs, for relaxing and sunbathing
- Washer and dryer can be used for a fee

This is a non smoking property.
Therefore we ask you to enjoy your cigarette on the terrace.
A parking space is available for the duration of your stay.
