The apartments are located in a newly built in 2007 in the Baltic resort Koserow with a total of four apartments of different sizes with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 people on the edge of a nature reserve in a quiet location, just over 200 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and some additionally an electric tiled stove.
