Apartment

The apartment is located in a quiet residential and holiday complex, in an apartment building in near the Baltic Sea and the hiking and biking trail.   It is functional, with a large balcony, which faces south.   In the spring of 2015, the apartment was completely renovated. Shops like a supermarket and a beverage market, but also a country store with adjoining cafe and ice cream parlor are located about 900 m from the house. A few meters away is also equal to the stop of the Usedom train, visited all resorts. Bicycle rental can be found about 200 meters. Located just off the shore bike path along which connects all the resorts together.   The apartment is open all year round as it has central heating.

Apartment at Buchenhain WHG 21:
In the living room is a couch to unfold (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a cozy dining area. From the living room you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony. The bedroom has a double bed with a large closet. The bathroom has a bathtub with low entry. In the hall there is also a closet. All rooms open onto a hallway, down to the kitchen. This is equipped with electric cooker and dishwasher. Furthermore, a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker is included. Bicycles can be included in the bicycle cellar. The apartment has its own parking lot. The whole apartment is laid out with laminate, except for bathroom and kitchen, these are tiled. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is a Non smoking apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
