The 73 m² ground floor accommodation offers two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an open living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the covered terrace with an awning and direct access to the garden, ideal for breakfast outdoors or quiet evenings in a relaxed atmosphere.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite/cable TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. A baby bed can be provided upon request. Parking facilities directly at the property provide additional comfort. Please note that the use of air conditioning is subject to a small fee.



Just 200 metres away, the nearby gravel beach area invites you to relaxing days by the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are within walking distance, while the surroundings offer numerous activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling or hiking.
