The holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab is located idyllically in a quiet, green environment and only about 500 m from the sandy beach. The complex offers six apartments for 3-6 people, most of which are air-conditioned and some offer sea views. Each apartment has WiFi, satellite TV, a kitchen, its own bathroom and a furnished terrace or loggia. Pets are only allowed in one apartment, with a maximum of one animal per accommodation.



This apartment offers space for up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining and living area. The 30 m² covered loggia is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse and offers a sea view. Parking facilities are available directly at the property.



The holiday home offers its guests use of the garden with a sunbathing lawn, a garden terrace and barbecue facilities. A communal washing machine is also available. Bed linen and towels are included.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, boat and bicycle rental, beach volleyball, tennis, fishing, sightseeing or dolphin watching. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other infrastructure are within walking distance.



Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, bedding, towels, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi), kitchen towels, and tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for final cleaning, air conditioning, pets, baby cot, and use of the communal washing machine.
