The modernized "Apartment with a View" is located on the 15th Floor. Enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over California, the Schönberger beach up to the Fehmarn-Sund bridge during breakfast and clear weather.

The holiday apartment has a lot of comfort, such as a combined living / sleeping area with a double bed and separate couch, a modern kitchenette and a shower room.

You can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot! In addition to sunbathing and long walks, this also invites you to bike tours along the Baltic Sea. You can find more information about cycling and hiking trails in the information folder in the apartment.

And if you want to leave your car behind, just take the bus and explore the state capital of Kiel. The stops are in front of the house. Sufficient parking spaces are available in front of and next to the house.

Shops for daily needs and doctors can be found in Schönberg, 4 km away. The place California can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot and offers a small supermarket (open seasonally), mini golf course as well as bike rental and various restaurants.
