Welcome to our 2017 newly renovated non-smoking apartment. Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from the 7th floor.
Our sea view apartment invites you with its wonderful view to rest and relaxation. Enjoy the sunrise over the Baltic Sea, directly from the breakfast table by the window, and look far over the blue sea and the green salt marshes. Completely renovated in 2017, this non-smoking apartment offers you many amenities on 39m² plus balcony:
• quiet location, east side, beautiful sea view
• large 40 inch flat screen TV (100cm screen diagonal)
• CD player and radio
• Playstation 3 with various games
• Couch and coffee table
• double bed (2 mattresses each 90cm x 200cm)
• large dining table with 4 chairs
• Darkening pleats
• Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and electric stove with 4 hotplates
• Refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ironing board and iron
• clothes horse on the balcony
• WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
In a few minutes you are on the endless, sandy beach.
Parking is available in sufficient numbers for free in front of the house.
If you arrive with your own bike, we have a bicycle parking space in the basement. An information folder with valuable tips for day trips is also available. The final cleaning is included in the price. Cleaning equipment is available for the intermediate cleaning.
The luggage carts are located on the ground floor, so you can carry your suitcases comfortably in the elevator to the 7th floor. The house has a Greek restaurant, a bar and an indoor miniature golf course in the beautifully landscaped palm garden. A coin-operated launderette is available in the same building. On the market square in the courtyard you will find small shops, a bakery and occasionally concerts, flea markets, puppet shows etc. are held there in the summer. Nearby there is an Edeka market, bicycle rental, mini golf and table tennis. The bus line 200/201 stops right in front of the house. It runs between Kiel and Schönberger beach, so you can reach the apartment well with public transport.
Good to know: During the taxable period of the year (15. March to 31. October) drive within the municipality with your Ostseecard (Kurkarte) free!
