The bright living kitchen is equipped with a dining table for four people, satellite TV, WiFi and a fold-out sofa bed for 1-2 people. The modern kitchen unit features a refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2-plate stove, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery.



The separate bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed with direct access to the furnished terrace with sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on warm days, pets are welcome.



The location of the apartment is particularly attractive: The fine sandy beach is only 100 m away, the famous Paradise Beach is about 1.5 km away. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés can be easily reached on foot, the town centre is just a few minutes away. For leisure activities in the area, water sports facilities, boat rental, bicycle rental and numerous sports and entertainment options are available. A parking space at the property is available, and optionally a boat mooring can be used.
