The 40 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor and offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom and an open living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the covered terrace with direct access to the garden and courtyard, perfect for breakfast outdoors or a quiet evening.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite/cable TV and free Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay perfectly connected even during your holiday. A dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and all important kitchen utensils make self-catering easier. A baby bed is available on request. Parking facilities directly at the property provide additional convenience.



Just 200 metres away lies the nearby gravel beach area, ideal for sunbathing, walks by the sea or refreshing swimming rounds. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are also within walking distance, while excursion destinations, water sports activities and cycle paths make the surroundings attractive for active holidaymakers.



Our spacious garden and courtyard are available to all guests and invite you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings. The hosts live on-site and are happy to support you to make your stay unforgettable. Please note that the use of air conditioning is subject to a small fee.
