The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi Fi. Not included and to be paid on site: washing machine use, heating based on usage, additional bed linen and towels.

This small, old hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).

This very well-kept and comfortable holiday complex has around 30 tastefully furnished apartments of various sizes that meet all individual requirements. Volterra is 48 km away, Pisa 60 km and Bolgheri 40 km. For the youngest (and not only): we recommend the Acqua Village water park in Cecina (20 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park in Marina di Castagneto (40 km).
