The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi Fi included. Not included and to be paid on the spot: use of washing machine, heating according to consumption, additional bed linen and towels.

This small, old hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).
The holiday resort offers a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and the Tuscan archipelago. This very well maintained and comfortable holiday complex has about 30 tastefully furnished apartments of various sizes, which meet all individual requirements. They are tastefully decorated, each with its own garden or terrace, Wi-Fi connection.

Volterra is 48 km away, Pisa 60 km and Bolgheri 40 km. For the youngest (and not only): we recommend the water park Acqua Village in Cecina (20 km) or the amusement park Cavallino Matto in Marina di Castagneto (40 km). On-site, you can book mountain bike, horseback or quad bike tours.
