This charming holiday apartment on the island of Korčula offers space for up to three people on 50 m² of living space and combines modern comfort with a breathtaking sea view. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin, as well as a living room with a sofa bed, SAT-TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and crockery.



The apartment has a spacious, covered terrace (20 m²) directly above the beach with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a private outdoor grill. Air conditioning, WiFi and heating ensure comfortable comfort. Pets are welcome, smoking is permitted.



The holiday home is located in a quiet fishing village, just a few metres from the beach. The shallow water in front of the house is ideal for children, swimmers and snorkellers. Boat moorings are available, and the accommodation offers secure storage options for sports equipment such as kayaks or surfboards.



The environment invites you to water sports activities, boat or kayak trips, as well as exploring the coast and surrounding islands. Restaurants, supermarkets and other leisure opportunities can be reached within a few minutes. The final cleaning, tourist tax and other service charges are included in the price.
