This comfortable holiday apartment on the island of Korčula offers space for up to five people on 110 m² and combines modern comfort with a direct sea view. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower, WC and washbasin, a living room with sofa bed, SAT-TV and DVD player as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and crockery.



The apartment has a spacious, covered terrace (24 m²) with sea view, equipped with a table and chairs for six people. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private barbecue provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome.



The holiday home is located in a quiet fishing village just a few metres from the beach. The beach offers shade under pine trees and awnings, shallow water for children, and ideal conditions for swimming and snorkelling. Boat moorings are available in front of the house, and the accommodation provides secure storage space for sports equipment such as kayaks, surfboards or boats.



The surroundings invite you to water sports activities, boat trips or explorations of the surrounding islands. Restaurants, supermarkets and other leisure opportunities can be reached within a few minutes by car. The final cleaning, tourist tax and other service offerings are included in the price.
