The holiday apartment is located in Drage, a charming village between Zadar and Šibenik, just a few minutes' walk from the sea and Lake Vrana - the largest lake in Croatia. The quiet location, family atmosphere, and well-maintained surroundings make this accommodation ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy relaxation and nature. The property is fully fenced, offering a large garden with a lawn, sun terrace, outdoor shower, pool, and children's playground.



The 45 m² holiday apartment is located in the attic and is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a cosy living and dining room with a sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and dining table. The bathroom has a shower, WC, window and washbasin. WiFi is available free of charge.



A special highlight is the 20 m² balcony with sea view, garden furniture and barbecue facilities – ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. The spacious garden with shaded areas and loungers invites you to relax. Pets are welcome, parking spaces are available directly at the house.



The beach is about 250 metres away, shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, boat trips, windsurfing, cycling, horse riding, bird watching at Vrana Lake and wine tasting.
