The holiday apartment in Drage is located in a quiet village between Zadar and Šibenik, just 200 metres from the sea. It is situated near Lake Vrana, the largest lake in Croatia, and offers an idyllic environment for a relaxing holiday. The property features four residential units, a pool, a fenced garden with 2000 m² of lawn, a children's playground, outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers, and barbecue facilities. A boat mooring and trailer parking space are available upon request. Pets are welcome.



The attic apartment is approximately 45 m² in size, offers space for 2 adults and 2 children, and features a 20 m² terrace with sea view. It consists of a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed and seating area, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with dining area, electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and window. Satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning are available.



Public parking spaces are available at the property, and an airport transfer can be arranged upon request. The location allows for short distances to restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, sports facilities, and leisure offerings.



The accommodation is suitable for families, couples, groups, singles, and seniors. Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boat trips, diving, windsurfing, cycling tours, nature parks, wine tasting, horse riding, and many other activities.



Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, WiFi, kitchen towels and interim cleaning. Additional costs will be incurred for air conditioning, heating, pets, boat mooring and airport transfer. A deposit is required and will be refunded upon departure.
