This exclusive apartment in the OstseeResort Olpenitz is located just 20 meters from the water, right on the shores of the Baltic arm Schlei. From the large terrace you have a fantastic panorama view on the pasting sailboats and the muzzle. The same breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the panoramic windows of the dining area, the bedroom and the spacious bathroom. The apartment is spread over two floors (1st + 2nd floor) and has been furnished with selected luxury furniture in Scandinavian style. The living room, with fireplace and access to a second balcony, gives a view into the green. On the floor is also a shower room.

The spa bath in the attic impresses with whirlpool, rain shower and a private Finnish sauna with a view of the water. On the same floor are the two bedrooms - equipped with double beds, storage space and great views of water or greenery. The apartment offers space for up to 5 persons thanks to the extra bed.

When booking fall for the obligatory provision of linen, - & towel packages € 40.00.
The final cleaning costs additional costs of 79,00 €. These are to be transferred within the first 10 days after booking to the account of the administrator.
The deposit of € 300.00 to be paid is to be transferred to the manager's account for safekeeping up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
