This property not only impresses with its first-class location, but also with its high-quality and child-friendly furnishings.

Located directly at the marina, in the first row to the beach of the Baltic Sea resort, with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the Schlei, the STRANDVILLA offers a perfect location for a relaxing holiday with or without children.



The open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchenette is light-flooded, bright and friendly thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The adjoining terrace overlooks the beach and the sea (Baltic Sea/Schlei). An overwhelming moment and the holiday feeling sets in immediately.

The modern furnishings with a few select, subtle maritime details exude cosiness and the well-equipped kitchenette is a delight for everyone. Preparing a meal here and then eating it either at the stylish dining table or on the terrace is fun, as everything is accompanied by a view of the beach and water.

In the living area, the spacious L-shaped sofa invites you to laze around and watch TV, while the Wii games console provides variety and fun for young and old and the whole family, not just on rainy days.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a small balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both rooms have a view of the beach and what could be better than falling asleep and waking up again? You'd think you were still dreaming.

The full bathroom offers a whirlpool bathtub with shower in addition to everything useful, guaranteeing a great start to a new day on holiday.

The highlight of the STRANDVILLA is without question the 3rd floor, which presents itself as a private wellness oasis with a Finnish sauna with a view of the beach and a floor-level shower. Once upstairs, the relaxation area welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal all-round view of the beach and water. On the adjoining, large terrace, a cosy double lounger invites you to dream and relax after a sauna session. A holiday couldn't be more beautiful.



In addition to a guest WC on the ground floor, the STRANDVILLA also offers a car parking space directly at the house.
