Apartment No. 3 in the Villa Anni is a comfortable, about 83 m² large and stylish furnished non-smoking apartment on the ground floor. The Villa Anni is situated in a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. The house, built in 2016 with a total of 8 residential units, is a modern new building, but thanks to its architecture and color scheme, it fits stylishly into the classic bath architecture of the Baltic Sea resort. The non-smoking apartment 3 is located on the ground floor and includes spacious 83sqm. In about 7 minutes you reach the Nordstrand with amber promenade and health resort - here is also the station of the Kleinbahn Rasender Roland - and in about 15 minutes you reach the natural south beach.
