The apartment house Granitz is centrally, yet quietly, in an excellent location, only 200 m to the north beach and the forest promenade at the beginning of the traffic-calmed beach street of Göhren. A garden staircase leads directly to the beach exit. You live in the first row to the beach and the forest promenade. The facility includes a bicycle cellar, washing and drying machine in the communal cellar and a children's playground with a large lawn. The non-smoking apartment includes a free parking space directly at the house.

The bright, sunny, modern and tastefully furnished two-room non-smoking apartment on the first floor of Villa Granitz (renovated in 2015) has a large window front with an east-facing balcony. Here you look into the green of the spacious garden and the forest promenade; when the trees are weakly leafy, even down to the rustling Baltic Sea. The entire apartment is designed with underfloor heating and an allergy-friendly vinyl floor in light wood structure. The open living-dining area with high-quality comfortable seat and fold-out sofa bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) plus wardrobe has a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, microwave) with table and 4 chairs. There is also a flat screen, radio / CD player and free WiFi. In the friendly, spacious bedroom there is a double bed with separate mattresses, a wardrobe and a dressing mirror with storage. The brightly tiled bathroom is conveniently equipped with a shower and toilet, sink, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and shelves. In the apartment there is a storage room with a shelf. A linen package with bed linen, towels and tea towels can be rented for € 14.00 / person. A large lawn area with play equipment is available for children. A separate, free car parking space is located at the house with number 44.
