The cosy living kitchen features a dining table for four people, sofa bed for two guests, TV, air conditioning and WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen area includes a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave upon request, filter coffee machine and kettle.



The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A separate toilet ensures additional comfort. Children's bed available upon request; pets are welcome (for a small additional fee).



The holiday home itself is situated on a slope and offers a well-maintained outdoor area with sun terraces, garden, outdoor shower, sun loungers and covered private parking. From the property, a staircase leads directly to the idyllic fine gravel beach. The surroundings invite you to walk along the promenade with cafés, restaurants, beach bars and small shops. Day trips to the islands of Hvar and Brač, to Biokovo Nature Park or to the historic cities of Split and Dubrovnik are easily possible.
