This bright 40 m² holiday apartment on the first floor offers comfortable space for up to four people with one bedroom and a living room with two additional sleeping places. The apartment is modern furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a covered terrace of 8 m² with a magnificent sea view – ideal for starting the day with a fresh sea breeze in the morning or enjoying the sunset in the evening.



The equipment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite and smart TV with Netflix, as well as a communal washing machine. Bed linen and towels are of course available, a baby bed is available upon request. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, so that you can cater to yourself entirely according to your wishes.



The holiday home is located in the midst of a quiet, green environment in Brela, just about 50 metres from the beach. The beach with fine gravel and crystal-clear water invites you to swim, snorkel and relax. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity, so you are also excellently catered for culinary and practical needs.



For active guests, bicycles are available, and numerous water sports and leisure activities in the surrounding area make your stay varied and exciting. A private parking space on the property ensures stress-free parking. Optional bookable services such as airport transfers or sports excursions are available for a fee.
