The newly furnished apartment with a size of 86m² invites you to relax with its cozy ambience and the terrace. Here one can switch off the daily stress and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is provided, a beautiful playground is located within the area. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
