The 2011 newly built holiday residence "Ostseepark-Zempin" is idyllically situated between the forest and the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin.  The quiet, traffic-free location, the quiet sound of the ocean can be heard in the sea breeze. The Baltic Sea cycle path runs past the estate, so that the surrounding seaside resorts and the romantic hinterland are very comfortable to reach by bicycle. The apartment is all year for max. 4 people rented. The modern furnished apartment with a size of 82 square meters of high standard invites with its cozy ambience with terrace and small garden to feel good. For families with children there is a nice playground on the large property including barbecue area. At the reception you will be directed to a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and a dryer. For age-appropriate ground floor apartment (wheelchair accessible) has a free parking space and a separate bike shed, which are located just a few steps away from the apartment. As a special service is a beach chair on the beach (seasonal) available.
