The thatched non-smoking holiday home comprises approx. 50 square meters of living space and extends over 2 floors. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The ground floor is divided into an open living area with a couch, coffee table and 2 armchairs, a dining area for 4 people. The modern facilities are complemented by a flat-screen TV with sound bar and Blu-Ray player, a mini-compact system and for cozy evenings by various books and board games. An Internet connection (WLAN) is also included for you. Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many other kitchen utensils. As throughout the cottage area no open flame is allowed, we provide you with an electric grill. The bathroom, which is also located on the ground floor, is equipped with an open shower, a hair dryer, a vanity and a toilet. From the living area you reach the south-facing and furnished terrace with beach chair and umbrella. The associated garden covers about 450 m². The terrace has two stages created where the lower part of the terrace is not visible through a rear fouling and thus invites you to linger into the evening hours. Through a steep staircase which / dining area is located in the home, you get to the upper floor of the house. Here are 2 separate bedrooms, each with separate beds (3 beds each to 2.00 m x 0.90 m and 1 bed to 1.90 m x 0.90 m). From 2020, the single beds will be replaced by a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m). For smaller children there is a bed guard provided as fall protection. The premises have highboards and bedside tables. The located upstairs windows are fitted with insect screens and interior blinds. Even the kitchens and bathroom windows are equipped with insect screens. Pets are not allowed. A clothes horse and a bike rack are available for you. A parking space is located on the grounds of the complex and a playground. For our little guests are 1x travel cot (without extra mattress and without Bettinlett) and 1x high chair included. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 16.00 € per person or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Our cozy, well-equipped Finnhaus (No 05) under Reet is beautifully situated between the Baltic Sea and Greifswalder Bodden in the nature reserve Mönchgut amid the Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen. In only 300 meters you reach the sandy Baltic Sea beach for swimming, sunbathing and water sports such as kite and windsurfing. Alternatively, enjoy the day on the 25 sqm terrace, equipped next garden furniture and a beach chair. Nearby you will find direct access to the well-developed hiking and cycling paths along the Mönchgut peninsula with its wonderful landscapes, rolling hills and sleepy fishing villages. The house is modern and tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. Next to the house there is a paved parking lot with access to the terrace, which can be used for loading and unloading. Various shops and restaurants can be found in the vicinity and can be reached after a few kilometers.
