The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house and is rustically furnished. The property is popular due to its view of the forests and its quiet and secluded location on the edge of the woods and by the water. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.


Location
Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm large, open, enclosed garden plot, riverside plot and woodland plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property is part of an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone houses. Quite suitable for a family or a larger group. IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons) [6 ]] (3 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located in the same place. It is a place that is listed under rural heritage protection and the reason why the entire place is not asphalted. Mirna (is a river) flows through the village. Its small waterfalls produce stones that form a cauldron-shaped hole in the rock, hence the name of the village "Kettle" (kettle) (has the name because of the rocks, Croatian—naziv selo Kotli (kotao). Access is via a side road (asphalted, rubble or gravel). Parking on the property and on the road in front of the house.
