The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house and rustically furnished. It is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Baby cot available on request.


Location
Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is situated on a 5,000 sqm large, open, enclosed waterside and woodland plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or for a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 people), IST PAZ 069 (4 people), IST PAZ 070 (4 people), IST PAZ 071 (4 people), IST PAZ 072 (5 people), IST PAZ 073 (2 people), IST PAZ 074 (2 people) and IST PAZ 075 (4 people) are located on the same plot. It is a place listed under the protection of rural heritage, and therefore the entire village is not asphalted. The river Mirna flows through the village. Its small waterfalls erode the stones and form kettle-shaped holes in the rock, hence the village name “Kotli” (kettles). Access is via a side road (asphalted, gravel or crushed stone). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.
