Crikvenica. The holiday apartment is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment is divided into two separate units, providing the desired privacy while still allowing for a holiday together with loved ones. The larger unit consists of a large dining/kitchen area, three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a long hallway. Two of the three bedrooms face the sea and have a lovely balcony with a sea view. The smaller unit consists of a living/dining room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. This unit is only accessible via the shared entrance and shared terrace. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property. Parking at the house.
