The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1986, was renovated in 2021, and is luxuriously furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation. Available for use are: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.


Location
Kamp-Bornhofen, 125 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 1250 sqm garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is barrier-free. The number of bedrooms is adjusted to the number of guests. If you need all the rooms, please contact us. Centrally located between Koblenz and Rüdesheim, you can visit many interesting sights and activities from our location. Right from the house, you can hike the Rheinsteig. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. For each holiday apartment, we reserve 1 parking space for you; further free parking is available in the village.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, covered, level, and wheelchair accessible, leading directly into the hallway with a wardrobe and doors to all rooms. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for each holiday apartment. The hallway is tiled and has a small ramp so that wheelchair users can move freely throughout the entire apartment. Entrance door (160 wide). Allergy covers are provided upon request. Living room (11 sqm) with seating area, TV, radio, stereo system, DVD player, and CD player. Bedroom (21 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 cot, and TV. Bedroom (19 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 crib, and TV. Kitchen (13 sqm, passage room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and washing machine.
