Kamp-Bornhofen is a charming town nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley. Its central location between Koblenz and the Loreley makes it especially attractive and easily accessible by boat, train, bike, on foot, or by car. In summer, you can enjoy an outdoor pool, and supermarkets are available year-round. The cozy Holiday Home by the Rheinpark is fully fenced and reserved exclusively for your use. As shown in the photos, the house is located directly on the Rhine.



The holiday home offers about 40 sqm of space, featuring one bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with kitchenette, dining space, TV corner, and a sleeping loft. Please note the sleeping loft has a weight limit of 150 kg.



The house sits on a 375 sqm fully fenced plot in the first row with Rhine views. You have your own parking space, a private green area, and an outdoor sauna (use available for an extra fee).



All essential amenities such as supermarkets, doctor, boat docks, train station, and restaurants are within walking distance. Charging electric vehicles at the house is not permitted, except for e-bikes.
