Beautiful villa with marvelous ocean view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

The villa is situated in the Sémaphore district – the most sought-after part of Sainte Maxime – and offers an exceptional panoramic sea view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

The villa is located only 15 minutes’ walk from the city’s centre that offers a large variety of shopping options, restaurants and children’s activities as well as a marina (where you may try a delightful shuttle boat trip to Saint Tropez). Apart from being a seaside resort, Sainte Maxime also offers you a relaxing day out where you can also play golf or tennis.

The villa is furnished with four bedrooms - with large, high-quality double beds - as well as three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer lovely sea views and direct access to the pool area, while the two other bedrooms offer direct access to private, self-contained terraces – one of them with partial ocean view.

The villa has two large living rooms. One of them is high-ceilinged, furnished with a large dining table for 10 persons and offering access to the villa’s lower terrace, while the other living room with a beautiful view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez provides a sofa arrangement and a ‘cinema’ as well as access to the villa’s upper terrace and the pool area.

Mornings you may enjoy your coffee or tea and breakfast on the lower terrace of the villa that offers direct access to the kitchen and opportunity for seating in the shade. Evenings you may choose to dine on the upper terrace of the villa – near the pool and with a splendid view to the lights in Saint Tropez. This terrace offers an independent outdoor kitchen with two grills, a pizza oven and a washbasin (you can freely use this if you want).

The villa has been constructed on a hillside which implies that rooms and terraces are distributed over several levels. This makes the villa particularly well adapted for housing several generations/families, because it offers excellent opportunity for staying there privately (in relation to other residents in the house), if so wished.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi and a fireplace.
The terraces of the villa are equipped with a wide selection of chairs, tables and deckchairs of high quality.

The house is separated from the road by an electric gate. The site offers much scope for parking, and the house has two garages.
