At the edge of the Mediterranean; direct access to the sea; no roads to cross and breathtaking views of the sea. Boules track, 2 terraces (sea and sheltered from the wind), games society, dvd, wifi, kitchen. very well equipped. Each room has a bathroom (shower / sink) individual and adjoining. The sea ... just go down the few steps and you swim in front of the house. The rental prices are for 6 to 8 people. If you are less numerous - out of season - contact us for a special offer. The living room / kitchen (living room) has 3 panoramic sliding doors / windows, overlooking a terrace and the sea.
In this part of France, the Mistral can be very unpleasant, which is why there is a second terrace, sunny and out of the wind with an electric sunshade. For winter days or cold mid-season, there is a beautiful wood burning fireplace in the living room.
The terrace overlooking the sea also offers direct access to the sea; you go down a few steps and swim in front of the house. For the children it is possible to isolate them by making a dam and making them play in the sea but sheltered and in shallow water. Ideal! For toddlers, there is a swimming pool / pond to put on the terrace and fill with water.
The kitchen is very modern and over-equipped, electric juicer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, spacious fridge and freezer etc ...
The facilities also include a TV with integrated DVD player (about 20 films), an I-Pod / I-Phone docking station with internet radio, WIFI, books, magazines, board games and a well stocked library.
The house is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer; air conditioning and central heating throughout the house.

Ground floor: 1 spacious twin bedroom 2x80 on 210 with its own shower and sink. 1 common toilet.
1st floor: 3 good size double bedrooms with their own shower and sink each.
2 bedrooms have stunning sea views, one with its own balcony
2 bedrooms overlook the rear garden with its wall covered with roses and the rear terrace.(side sea view)
1 toilet on the 1st floor.
