The building was completely renovated in 2019 and has an elevator from the 1st floor. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and has two large windows with access to the balcony, receiving plenty of natural light.

Kitchen equipped with basic utensils necessary for your stay, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, extractor hood, electric kettle, coffee machine, among other.

In the entrance hall of the apartment there is a closet where you can store your items. You will find an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes line.

The apartment has a private bathroom with heating, shower, hairdryer and all hygiene utensils (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.

The living room has a double bed with sheets, pillows and duvet, a table with two chairs, TV and air conditioning. Balcony with open view to the city.

All checkins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of € 20 paid in cash and during checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
