Please note that there is ongoing construction outside the property, which may cause some noise beyond our control.

It features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and another with a single bed, making it perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washer, oven, and coffee machine, so you can enjoy the convenience of home-cooked meals. The living room provides a cozy corner to relax, complete with a sofa, television, and air conditioning throughout the property.

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:



Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.



Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.



- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
