This bright apartment with a pool in the center of Barcelona has an area of 80 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 comfortable rooms, one of them is a suite with a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. In addition, the apartment also has a double sofa bed in the living room for two more people. The balcony is perfect for going out for fresh air. The community area is located on the roof of the sixth floor and has a magnificent terrace with a pool.

The living room is very bright and has a large sofa and modern furniture that give it a fresh and cozy look. The kitchen next to the living room is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your own dishes: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. To ensure your comfort throughout the year, the apartment also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces available upon request.

The area in which the apartment is located is very quiet but has a variety of restaurants, clubs, cafes, shops, supermarkets, and tourist attractions, and the nearest metro station is only two minutes away. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
