Modern style apartment located in Paseo de Grácia and just 5 minuts walking to Plaza Cataluña.
The apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, a twin bed and a second full bathroom with shower. The livng-dinning room is spacious and really sunny from where you will enjoy the Paseo de Grácia views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets needed for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is located in a really safe area, where you will find shops and restaurants around.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
