IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Guests will not be able to make noise on the terrace (loud talking, music, etc ...) after 11:30 p.m. to respect the sleeping hours of the neighbors. If not carried out, the property may terminate the stay at any time, having to vacate the property immediately.

JACUZZI: Non-heated water / ambient temperature operating every day from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating (extra cost), TV.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Heating is not included on the price 15€ per day (optional use by the guests).
