Outside this beautiful estate you will find a large terrace with garden and a swimming pool measuring 8m x 5m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m, ideal for cooling off on warm summer days after sunbathing on the available loungers. You can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it together on the house porch, which has a dining area, perfect for extending the evenings. The property is fenced and, although there are neighbours nearby, privacy is complete.

Inside this single-storey villa you can relax in the fantastic living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. The kitchen is independent and features gas hobs and a dining table, as well as all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it’s time to sleep, there are two bedrooms with double beds, equipped with air conditioning and wardrobes. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. If you wish, you can use the fans available in the house, as well as the washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Lloseta is a small village located in the central area of the island. It is surrounded by beautiful mountain and valley landscapes, making its surroundings a paradise for hiking lovers, with numerous routes crossing the mountains and valleys of the area and offering stunning panoramic views. Thanks to its location, this wonderful village is very well connected and you can quickly reach the island’s many white-sand beaches with crystal-clear waters. For wine lovers, near Lloseta there are numerous wineries offering local wine tastings that we recommend visiting.
