Discover one of the most beautiful villages in the island in this picturesque house, for 3 people, in the centre of Alcudia.
A beautiful interior patio, with a outdoor dining table and also a well, invites to relax and to enjoy of lunches and dinners under the arbor. From here you can go upstairs to the upper terrace, in which you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or, simply, contemplate the precious starry sky of the island. The rest of this upper floors is closed. The house is within the pedestrian zone of the village and there are neighbours.

The house has only a floor. From the patio, you only gain access to the living-dining room that has a sofa and an armchair to watch TV or even read a book as well as a dining table for 4 dinner guests. Immediately after, you have access to the kitchen-dining room that also has an exit to the patio. It is independent and is equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven and a table with chairs for your breakfasts. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In order to gain entry to the bedrooms, with double bed and wardrobe, you can do so through a beautiful entrance hall. In fact, one of the most impressive elements of the house is its great entrance, where all of the traditional elements from the Mallorcan architecture, such as cobblestone pavement or the arch that gives you access to the living room, have been respected. In addition to this, if you travel with a baby, there is also a cot and a high-chair available. Ultimately, a bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

Alcúdia is one of the most beautiful destinations of Mallorca. It constitutes a mythic place thanks to its incredible walls and its customs. It is a peaceful place but, at the same time, it is really lively since it has endless bars, restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlours, etc. Thursdays and Sundays there takes place a great market. The other days you can visit the nearby beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia, Mal Pas or La Victoria. If you are a golf lover don't forget to visit the golf course in Alcanada, within 5 km.
