The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle) and is completely ready to use in case you decide to stay in and prepare a Mediterranean dinner from fresh local products you can buy on Boqueria Market on Las Ramblas or in a big supermarket located on the ground floor of ElCorte Ingles shopping center, situated just across the road from the apartment, Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair available upon request and availability. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator in the building.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
