The "Apartment Barrio Picasso" (Register of Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía: VFT / MA / 01380), is not a bed will make you feel at home. That has been my purpose at all times and so have taken care of every detail. It is a modern and comfortable house, in a recently built building, in the historic center of Malaga, with a parking space in the same building (included in the price), a few meters from the Plaza de la Merced, where the Picasso's birthplace, numerous bars with international atmosphere in its terraces, restaurants and Mercado de la Merced to taste tapas. In a renovated street, superbly located for exploring Malaga on foot. 10 minutes walking from the Picasso Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts (which will be inaugurated shortly), the Thyssen Museum, Interactive Music Museum, Flamenco Museum, La Alcazaba, with communication on a beautiful walk to the Parador and the Castle of Gibralfaro Roman theater, cinema Albéniz (room film screenings of arthouse), 1 minute from the Glass Museum and the Teatro Cervantes (headquarters of the International Film Festival of Malaga), 15 minutes from the Pompidou Museum, redeveloped harbor leisure and recreation pier 1 and the beach Malagueta and promenade. With taxi and bus service nearby.

This property is located in the Barrio Picasso, historic center of Malaga, with a particularly favorable location to discover and enjoy Malaga on foot. The Plaza de la Merced, the birthplace of the famous painter and the Mercado de la Merced, gives life to the area with its lively terraces international atmosphere, bars, restaurants, the Jewish quarter, traditional Bodegas El Pimpi where taste exquisite wines and tapas Malaga.
Despite being 10 minutes from the city center, Plaza de la Constitution and its main Calle Larios, is a quiet home to rest without noise and regain strength to continue discovering Málaga and enjoy it, we are so please utmost respect neighbors, especially from H.-00 23:00. 00, in summer / 23: 00 h. in winter and no parties or pets allowed.

This house opens to a bright and sunny inner courtyard, which do not get the noise of cars, in a building of four heights recently built with high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area in a same room, a bedroom with a large bed, wardrobe and en suite. Closet and additional bed.
It has a lift and disabled access.
I'll be happy to help you in your stay giving you the information you see fit and being available by phone at any time. It could also solve certain movements or even airport transfers or train station prior agreement.

In the Plaza de la Merced (5 minutes walk) is a taxi stand, and there are tourist bus stop and some other lines.
It has its own parking and there are also several public parkings in the vicinity (ranging between 18-25 € / night).
