Clients have to throw their own rubbish out to the containers, which are in C/ Fernán González.
You also have to do your worn washing up, and leave cups, glasses, plates, etc., clean.
If any of these requirements, we Will take 20 eur off the deposit, thanks for your cooperation!

If you loose your key or get locked out, you would need top ay 20 eur to have someone come to open, thanks!

Stays of 28 days or more have a great discount, so you need to pay your own electricity and water. You need to pay an electricy deposit of 150 eur.
