Nice studio in a small urbanisation with a communal swimming pool with children's area, garden with lawn, palm trees and variety of plants. The studio is located on the ground floor.

In the glazed entrance of the house there is a small terrace where the washing machine and a small sofa bed are located.

Once inside, we find the open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, water kettle, filter coffee machine, American bar and large combined fridge, then comes the living-bedroom with TV and a corner with table and 4 chairs. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower.

From the living-bedroom, with two 90 cm beds, you reach the covered terrace, with shade, table and chairs that is located next to the communal swimming pool.

In the summer of 2021, a new air conditioning was installed.

The distance to Denia is 1.7 km, to the beach 1 km, and bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities at 0.9 km.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
