This holiday apartment is located in the residential complex Holiday Beach with direct access to the sandy beach of Las Marinas. The complex is located in Carretera de Las Marinas between km 3 and km 4 in Denia in the popular area of Las Brisas with several bars, restaurants, small shops and a pharmacy. The apartment recently renovated and furnished with modern furniture. It has a nice terrace with views of the community pool and the community garden with palm trees and lawns. The large community pool with a seperate children's pool and the beautiful community garden are perfect for a family with children. There is a bus stop directly opposite the residential complex, so you can reach the center of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars even without a car. From the pool area you have direct access to the sandy beach. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator.
