CANCELLATION POLICY

The traveler will receive 100% of the refund or it will remain as a credit, in some of these cases:

If the airports are closed on the day of your arrival due to force majeure.

If there are travel restrictions in our country.

If the reason for the cancellation is not due to any of these reasons, the deposit is not returned.
