Villa Palmera, semi-detached country house is located in a country area, in a quiet rural setting. The popular residential areas of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, as well as the old town of Pollensa, are just a few minutes away by car.

6 bedrooms just 2 km. of Puerto Pollensa, and is distributed throughout plants. As you enter the property, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas. To your right is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A distributor leads to the rest of the rooms on this floor, made up of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom.

On the upper floor there is another dining room, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and other bedrooms (one double and one double) that share a bathroom.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units. Following energy saving and efficiency measures, this villa has programmed air conditioning, which can be used during midday and throughout the night.

Outside there is a fantastic material barbecue, both covered and uncovered terraces, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, garden furniture, a garden and a huge 72 square meter swimming pool with a material ladder for greater ease of access, and a practical shower. 3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
