Villa Barraca is a beautiful villa located very close to Puerto de Pollensa, boasting fantastic views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. The entrance to Villa Barraca, through an electric gate, leads to the parking area, with space for two vehicles. Access to the main entrance is via a covered terrace, which opens into the living and dining room. The living room offers ample space for the whole family, with comfortable seating around the fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a flat-screen TV. A dining table and chairs are also located to one side of the room, and there is direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and wrought-iron window details lend this room a charming rustic touch. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and offers ample storage and a small breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying a warm croissant in the morning. The rooms at Villa Barraca are tastefully decorated with a traditional touch. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. Upstairs, there is another twin bedroom, which is particularly spacious and accessed via a staircase leading directly into the room. From here, you also have access to a large private terrace overlooking the pool area and the wonderful views of the Bóquer Valley. There are also two separate bathrooms, both located on the ground floor. All three bedrooms have air conditioning/heating, which, in line with local energy-saving initiatives, is programmed for use from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. The attractive outdoor area features a private swimming pool and a built-in barbecue, as well as a spacious covered terrace. The built-in barbecue is located next to the pool and includes a large table and benches, as well as a seating area for relaxing. Furthermore, the beach at Puerto Pollensa is very close to the villa, so you can choose between a peaceful meal at home or the wide range of restaurants and cafes available in Puerto Pollensa.
