This charming single storey Villa in Pollensa built in the style of a Mallorcan traditional finca, is nestled in an appreciated countryside area. It affords easy access to both the beautiful cove beaches of Cala St. Vincent a mere 2km approx away and old town Pollensa approx 10 mins drive.Entry gates lead you into the grounds of the villa. 2 steps lead up to the front door which opens into an open-plan lounge/ dining. The lounge with its stylish décor of burnt orange comfy sofas and feature spot lights above, adds a modern touch, enhancing this typical Spanish style home.
Directly off the dining area a door leads into the country style fully fitted kitchen with its breakfast table and chairs, french look kitchen dresser, and separate pantry.
