We are delighted to include this beautiful grand and spacious Pollensa Villa with its stunning designed large swimming pool with dolphin motif. This Villa in Pollensa is located in tranquil countryside setting and due to its extensive grounds pool and gardens which area semi-secluded, yet only approximately eight kilometers from Puerto Pollensa and its beaches. Villa Aumadrava also affords easy access only mind drive down to the sea/bay of Pollensa and to the historic town Pollensa.Driveway leads you to the villa grounds. 2 steps up lead to a pretty porch covered in Ivy, its antique front door opens into the entry hall. Off the entry hall is a complete bathroom with a decorate freestanding wash bowl, with shower over the bath. From this hall arched glass French doors open into a delightful large and spacious lounge/dining room with its comfortable cream leather sofas including a beautiful impressive hand made wooden motif designed dining table. Off the lounge is a small snug zone with reading books and TV. Directly from the lounge sliding doors open out onto a large covered terrace with its stylish patio furniture having direct access to the pool and gardens ideal spot for balmy nights watching the sunset go down. Also off the lounge-dining leads to a large galley style fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs and one door leading out to the covered terrace, gardens and pool, the other door out onto open court-yard.Leading off the dining area takes you to a small inner hall.
