We are highly delighted to be offered Villa Mariposa, a town villa located on the outskirts of Pollensa walkable into the historic town of Pollensa.The villa is approached down a lane not far and just off the Pollensa / Puerto Pollensa roundabout on the road that leads into the historic town of Pollensa. This Pollensa Villa is nestled at the end of the lane on a small cul-de-sac.On entry to the Villa the original court-yard, which can be ideally accessed from both the kitchen family room and lounge/dining room greets you.The front door opens into a super light, airy spacious lounge and dining room, with its comfortable sofas, stylishly designed large dining table and chairs, which enjoys views out to the garden and pool through the second set of glass french doors within this room that open out onto the large terrace.To the left of the lounge/dining room, glass french doors open into the magnificent huge stylish open-plan kitchen/family room, with its stone feature wall and a further large dining table and chairs.
